  7. Explore Audio Books: Discover the joy of audio books, perfect for multi-taskers.

  9. Meditate or Pray:  Spend time in meditation or prayer, reconnecting with your inner self or higher power.
  10. Express Gratitude:  Make a gratitude list.  Reflecting on your blessings can transform your outlook.
